09 Jan “I loved the CRM System So Much, I Joined the Company”
The team at SurCo feels more like a family because we like to promote from within and take people on who who have a high level of skill in their area and a love of what they do (it helps that they’re easy to get on with too). On that note, we have recently appointed a brilliant individual who we know will bring a new dimension to the team.
We have big plans for the continued development of SurCo in 2014, it makes good sense to ensure we have the right team to help us achieve and excel our goals.
Vicky Galdeano is joining us (as Sales and Training Manager) from one of our CRM re-sellers and loved the system so much, she joined the company!
Here’s a bit of background information about Vicky and why she loves our in-house developed CRM so much…
“My name is Vicky Galdeano, I have been working in sales and associated areas for the last 15 years.During this time I have been a customer and re-seller of SurCo’s Hosted CRM for 4 years and have built an excellent relationship with the team at Sure Communication, while developing a complete understanding of the benefits the system has to offer.
As a centre manager at an award winning Business Call Centre, I began to use SurCo CRM and realised the excellent potential of the software and quickly appreciated there is nothing else quite like it on the market.
You can literally run your whole business using SurCo CRM because it is an excellent way to improve sales and manage targets.
You are able to manage staff and allow them to work more efficiently. I think its an office in a box (except it’s not in a box, it’s hosted online). It is far superior to any other sales application I have seen and I have worked on many CRM systems.
With the ability to invoice, it really covers so many areas and saves on licence fees for all the separate systems companies often need to maintain. It can all be dealt with by this one system.
Having used SurCo CRM in the real world, support and training is important and this has been excellent.
This hosted CRM system can lend itself to any manner of business regardless of size, by providing users with the ability to manage a diary, schedule task reminders, maintain contacts, leads/sales opportunities, documents, incoming & outgoing calls (with screen-popping), manage emails, SMS texts and much more.
I am very confident my expertise and past experience in telecoms, IT, sales and customer service will enable us to work effectively together to continue the ongoing development and exceptional performance of the SurCo team, and its product to our existing and future customers.
After using the system extensively and trialing it with many customers across a range of industries, with particular focus on the medical sector, I have seen its continued development and potential.
